North Korea soccer team publicly humiliated for World Cup losses

North Korea’s football team were subjected to a six-hour public reprimand by 400 sports students and officials for betraying “the trust of Kim Jong-un” by losing all three of their World Cup matches.

I always joked after the World Cup about how the N. Korean team would mysteriously disappear.

But six hours of public humiliation? God, it’s just a soccer tournament. 

That country is going to implode on itself and just erupt into chaos the second a small group of citizens reintroduce the idea of thinking for yourself.
